Job Summary

To support a multi-year compensation roadmap, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage the development and administration of compensation frameworks, oversee the annual planning cycle, and partner with the People Team to evaluate roles, all while working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive the development and administration of compensation and job architecture frameworks to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Own the annual compensation planning cycle, including system configuration, budgeting, and training for People Team partners
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking for international markets and support the administration of equity programs
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience covering base pay, variable pay, and job architecture
  • Advanced Excel skills, including combined functions and pivot tables
  • Experience administering full compensation planning cycles and conducting market pricing analyses
  • Familiarity with pay equity analysis and multi-jurisdictional pay transparency requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
