Job Summary
Supporting the development and analysis of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will review base pay structures, assist in market pricing jobs, and create compensation reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the analysis of compensation programs, including base pay structures and incentive programs
- Assist in evaluating and benchmarking jobs by documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions
- Create recurring and ad hoc compensation reports and dashboards to support decision-making using the HR information system
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of compensation-related experience, including collaboration with HR generalists and managers
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and large datasets
- Familiarity with recruiting systems and pay transparency laws
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization
