Job Summary
Providing advanced analytical and consultative support for compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will translate complex data into technology-enabled solutions while collaborating with Finance and HR in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for job analysis, market pricing, and incentive compensation programs
- Design and maintain advanced reporting and dashboards to support compensation planning and decision-making
- Administer compensation platforms and optimize workflows through automation and process enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role related to Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying and automation
- Experience with automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint
