Job Summary

Supporting WM's compensation philosophy and strategy, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Analyst will manage the design and administration of compensation programs, consult with HR partners on compensation-related activities, and provide training and support on compensation processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and administer comprehensive compensation programs, including market benchmarking and annual pay planning processes
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and management on compensation policies, practices, and strategic offers
  • Conduct market pricing activities and analyze salary survey results to recommend adjustments to compensation plans
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a High School Diploma with four years of relevant experience
  • Five years of prior work experience in compensation analysis or a related field
  • Experience with job architecture and compensation benchmarking
  • Knowledge of compensation-related legislation and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation skills
