Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex compensation analyses, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will design and implement compensation programs while serving as a subject matter expert, primarily working remotely with occasional onsite meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead market pricing, job architecture, and leveling initiatives
- Advise HR Business Partners and leaders on complex compensation issues and perform advanced pay equity analyses
- Develop tools and frameworks to support compensation decisions and mentor junior compensation analysts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation experience
- Deep expertise in compensation design, analytics, and compliance
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; HRIS expertise
- Experience managing survey vendors and leading participation in external compensation surveys
