Job Summary
Overseeing and supporting the administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Analyst will manage annual merit, incentive compensation, and performance management processes while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer and execute the annual merit planning, incentive, and performance management processes, ensuring accurate system setup and reporting
- Serve as the primary administrator for Workday compensation processes and support executive compensation administration
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and communications related to compensation programs and process improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including program administration and compensation consulting
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior-level compensation role
- Workday experience is required; PowerBi experience is a plus
- Experience leading annual compensation planning processes and partnering with senior leaders on compensation matters
