Key responsibilities
- Support market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, and annual compensation planning
- Analyze internal equity, market competitiveness, and compensation trends to develop data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR, and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or finance
- Experience with market pricing, salary structures, and compensation analytics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Experience in a multi-entity or healthcare organization preferred
