Job Summary
Providing advanced analysis and administration of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will ensure compliance and competitiveness of compensation strategies across North America while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures alignment of compensation programs with legal requirements and supports pay equity reporting
- Leads the annual merit cycle and conducts market research to support salary budgets and HR training
- Develops and enhances compensation models and dashboards, analyzing data to identify trends and improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on compensation experience in a large corporate environment
- Expert level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data modeling
- Professional compensation certifications, such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of compensation legislation in Canada and the US
