Senior Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the company's compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Analyst will manage job description governance, conduct compensation analytics, and administer the Payscale platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain company job descriptions across all business functions
- Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking to support informed pay decisions
- Develop and maintain compensation-related reports, dashboards, and analytics in AxiomHRS
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Four or more years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or a related discipline
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and salary analysis
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience creating and maintaining job descriptions and compensation documentation
