Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining compensation programs, analyzing data, and providing guidance to ensure competitiveness within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams on compensation program design, analysis, and implementation
  • Evaluate compensation data sets and research market trends to identify opportunities and suggest solutions
  • Lead salary surveys, maintain compensation data, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive Corporate Compensation Experience
  • Experience with market pricing and compensation survey analysis
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of HRIS and Benefit Admin platforms
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and provide strategic recommendations
