Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining compensation programs, analyzing data, and providing guidance to ensure competitiveness within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Finance teams on compensation program design, analysis, and implementation
- Evaluate compensation data sets and research market trends to identify opportunities and suggest solutions
- Lead salary surveys, maintain compensation data, and generate reports for analysis and decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive Corporate Compensation Experience
- Experience with market pricing and compensation survey analysis
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and working knowledge of HRIS and Benefit Admin platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and provide strategic recommendations
