Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize HR Compensation data to provide market related reporting to HR and field management
- Design, build, and execute compensation systems, structures, and processes to attract and retain employees
- Conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking, and reporting to resolve compensation related requests and concerns
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Human Resources or Compensation experience, CCP preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to independently prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
