Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize HR Compensation data to provide market related reporting to HR and field management
  • Design, build, and execute compensation systems, structures, and processes to attract and retain employees
  • Conduct compensation analyses, benchmarking, and reporting to resolve compensation related requests and concerns
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Human Resources or Compensation experience, CCP preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to independently prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
