Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market analysis to determine competitive positioning of the US Hourly population's pay programs
Prepare cost assessments and other reports for management and provide recommendations to HR and Operations Leaders
Maintain pay administration guidelines, policies, and other support tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree - BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, or mathematics
At least 5 years of experience in compensation or financial modeling and data analytics
Experience with hourly compensation and/or wage scales development
Knowledge of Workday HRIS and Payfactors compensation planning and market pricing tools
CCP, or progress towards a certification a plus
