Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive positioning of the US Hourly population's pay programs
  • Prepare cost assessments and other reports for management and provide recommendations to HR and Operations Leaders
  • Maintain pay administration guidelines, policies, and other support tools
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, or mathematics
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation or financial modeling and data analytics
  • Experience with hourly compensation and/or wage scales development
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS and Payfactors compensation planning and market pricing tools
  • CCP, or progress towards a certification a plus
