Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis to determine competitive positioning of the US Hourly population's pay programs
- Prepare cost assessments and other reports for management and provide recommendations to HR and Operations Leaders
- Maintain pay administration guidelines, policies, and other support tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree - BS/BA in business, finance, statistics, or mathematics
- At least 5 years of experience in compensation or financial modeling and data analytics
- Experience with hourly compensation and/or wage scales development
- Knowledge of Workday HRIS and Payfactors compensation planning and market pricing tools
- CCP, or progress towards a certification a plus
