Senior Compensation Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Compensation Analytics & Intelligence function, the full-time Senior Compensation Analytics Manager will transform enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights, serve as the AI and data strategy lead, and partner with Finance teams to optimize compensation budgets while ensuring data governance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide compensation analytics, including market benchmarking and total compensation budget forecasting
• Lead the Compensation function's AI and data strategy initiatives
• Collaborate with Finance teams on cash compensation budgets and equity modeling

Required qualifications

• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to transform complex data into insights and recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in gSheets, Excel, SQL, and experience with BI/analytics platforms
• Solid foundation in compensation frameworks, market pricing, and global compensation practices
• Experience in creating frameworks and solutions that anticipate future compensation needs
• Strong collaboration skills to navigate competing priorities and support high-stakes compensation decisions
