Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Sr Compensation Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation strategy and decisions
- Conduct market analysis and insights for new and existing roles specific to the GTM organization
- Support annual compensation planning activities, including data preparation, auditing, and reporting key findings
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or consulting with knowledge of core compensation terminology
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources preferred
- Strong sales compensation experience
- Experience developing and rolling out scalable processes
- Workday experience preferred
