Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Sr Compensation Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners on compensation strategy and decisions
  • Conduct market analysis and insights for new and existing roles specific to the GTM organization
  • Support annual compensation planning activities, including data preparation, auditing, and reporting key findings
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, finance, or consulting with knowledge of core compensation terminology
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Human Resources preferred
  • Strong sales compensation experience
  • Experience developing and rolling out scalable processes
  • Workday experience preferred
