Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Business Partner / Lead - EPD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to EPD leadership on compensation philosophy and pay positioning
  • Design and evolve creative compensation programs to retain top technical talent and reinforce a high-performance culture
  • Own and lead semi-annual compensation cycles for EPD, ensuring alignment with Finance and best-in-class leader experience
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation at scaling tech companies
  • Deep understanding of engineering/job architecture and equity compensation mechanics
  • Strong analytical and modeling capability for scenario design and long-range planning
  • Proven success in shaping compensation strategy
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with technical and product leaders
