Job Summary

Focused on executive compensation and AI strategy, the full-time Senior Compensation Business Partner will manage executive offers, long-term incentive design, and deliver recommendations for senior executives while working in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own executive compensation for senior leaders, including offer preparation and incentive design
  • Serve as the dedicated compensation business partner for senior executives across G&A and Product groups
  • Lead AI strategy and transformation for the Compensation function, enhancing workflows and benchmarking processes
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of compensation experience with a focus on executive compensation
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver clear, concise recommendations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Sheets/Excel
  • Experience crafting decision-ready documents for executives
  • Demonstrated capability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal direction
