Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain compensation plans, programs, policies, and practices
  • Provide research and recommendations on salary structure, job reviews, and organizational structures
  • Manage compensation projects, including merit and bonus processes and benchmarking HR policies
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in Compensation or relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS operating software
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
