Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compensation plans, programs, policies, and practices
- Provide research and recommendations on salary structure, job reviews, and organizational structures
- Manage compensation projects, including merit and bonus processes and benchmarking HR policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in Compensation or relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS operating software
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
