Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain compensation plans, programs, policies, and practices
Provide research and recommendations on salary structure, job reviews, and organizational structures
Manage compensation projects, including merit and bonus processes and benchmarking HR policies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in Compensation or relevant field
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS operating software
Strong quantitative analytical skills
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
