Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to manage and develop compensation programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity
  • Conduct job and market analysis, providing recommendations for compensation structures and incentive plans
  • Guide leaders on compensation issues and mentor other team members in compensation practices
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
  • Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare and union environments (preferred)
