Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to manage and develop compensation programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity
- Conduct job and market analysis, providing recommendations for compensation structures and incentive plans
- Guide leaders on compensation issues and mentor other team members in compensation practices
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in healthcare and union environments (preferred)
