Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to manage and develop compensation programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs, including pay for performance and incentive plans
- Conduct job analysis, market analysis, and pay reviews to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
- Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and mentor other team members
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare and/or union environment (preferred)
