Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to manage and develop compensation programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs, including pay for performance and incentive plans
  • Conduct job analysis, market analysis, and pay reviews to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and mentor other team members
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
  • Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or union environment (preferred)
