Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, administer, and analyze various compensation programs including pay for performance and salary structures
  • Conduct job and market analysis, ensuring pay structures are competitive and equitable
  • Provide guidance on compensation-related issues and mentor other Compensation team members
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of compensation experience, including data collection and analysis
  • Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
  • Experience in healthcare and union environments (preferred)
