Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors internal equity and conducts benchmark surveys to maintain job grade assignments
• Develops and maintains job codes, salary grades, and reviews compensation-related Personnel Action Forms
• Provides guidance on job description development and participates in compensation-related committees

Required Qualifications and Education

• Superior Excel skills
• Preferred hospital experience
• Experience in compensation analysis and job description development
• Knowledge of compensation policies and practices
• Ability to provide strategic compensation advice to management
