Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant who will provide compensation consultation and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor internal equity and conduct benchmark surveys to maintain job grade assignments
• Develop and maintain job codes, salary grades, and position control while reviewing compensation-related Personnel Action Forms
• Provide guidance on job description development and participate in compensation-related committees

Required Qualifications

• Superior Excel skills
• Hospital experience preferred
• Experience in compensation analysis and job description development
• Knowledge of compensation policies and practices
• Ability to provide guidance to management and employees
