Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide strategic leadership in global compensation and Total Rewards functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert on global compensation strategy and design
- Lead the development of global pay structures and Total Rewards policies
- Drive enterprise-wide compensation analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards with global exposure
- Mastery of Hay evaluation methodology and global job architecture
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide Total Rewards initiatives
- Expert-level analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
