Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide strategic leadership in global compensation and Total Rewards functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert on global compensation strategy and design
  • Lead the development of global pay structures and Total Rewards policies
  • Drive enterprise-wide compensation analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation or Total Rewards with global exposure
  • Mastery of Hay evaluation methodology and global job architecture
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide Total Rewards initiatives
  • Expert-level analytical capabilities with advanced Excel proficiency
