Required Qualifications
- 8 years of progressively responsible compensation experience
- Experience consulting with HR Business Partners and executives on compensation decisions
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
- Experience in compensation within healthcare or hospitality industries is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in compensation technology and analytics tools
