Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Consultant Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides analytical studies in compensation areas, including internal and external equity and competitive pay practices
• Conducts job evaluations and develops job descriptions to determine appropriate salary grades
• Designs and administers special compensation programs and participates in the development of annual salary programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or a related field
• Seven years of progressive compensation experience
• Experience with compensation plan design, benchmarking, and incentive plan administration
• Master's degree or professional certification in compensation is preferred
• Experience with compensation analytics tools and healthcare compensation is a plus
