Job Summary
To support the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will conduct analysis and evaluations of compensation plans, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans
- Conduct job and market analysis to evaluate current and proposed compensation plans
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in developing internal compensation policies
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
- Experience in job analysis and market analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (preferred upon hire)
