Job Summary
To enhance compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage the development, analysis, and implementation of various compensation initiatives, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct job and market analysis to evaluate and recommend compensation plans
- Develop and implement salary structures and incentive plans based on research and analysis
- Interpret regulatory guidelines and assist in creating internal compensation policies
Required qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis
- Working knowledge of compensation systems and wage & hour laws
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation upon hire (preferred)
- Experience in a healthcare or union environment (preferred)
