Job Summary
To support the development and administration of competitive compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage executive compensation initiatives, conduct market studies, and partner with HR stakeholders in a flexible hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supports annual executive compensation programs, including market studies and incentive program calculations
- Develops and maintains executive documentation, including program documents and employment agreements
- Performs complex analyses and manages full-cycle compensation projects to ensure equitable pay structures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or a related field
- 5 years of compensation or closely related HR experience
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and advanced Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with management-level staff
- Knowledge of HR applications and compensation structures
