Job Summary
As a highly experienced compensation professional, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will design, implement, and manage compensation programs across a healthcare organization, serving as a strategic advisor while collaborating closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operational leaders in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and administration of compensation programs, including base pay and incentive plans
- Conduct complex market analyses to evaluate competitiveness and effectiveness of compensation programs
- Serve as a strategic advisor on compensation-related matters, preparing and presenting recommendations to senior leaders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional preferred
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a complex healthcare environment
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with compensation systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex compensation workstreams independently
- Deep understanding of compensation principles, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements
