Senior Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
Leading complex compensation initiatives, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage job evaluations, market reviews, and compliance analysis while working remotely from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with HR Services and management to resolve compensation-related issues for assigned client groups
- Manage the Executive Compensation process and lead major compensation projects
- Analyze market trends to ensure compensation programs are competitive and compliant with regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 10 years of Compensation experience
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Master's degree (preferred)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification (preferred)
