Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex compensation matters, including organizational design and retention strategies
- Lead enterprise or cross-functional compensation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
- Analyze market data to develop strategic, data-driven compensation recommendations and support compensation planning cycles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of progressive compensation or related analytical experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes
- Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
