Senior Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Total Rewards team, the full-time Senior Compensation Consultant will manage compensation programs, validate data, and provide guidance on equity awards in a remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual compensation processes, including merit, promotion, and equity cycles from planning through completion
• Validate compensation data, maintain accurate models, and prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations
• Provide thoughtful compensation guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders while coordinating equity awards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast-growing or global organization or consulting firm
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop evidence-based recommendations
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data modeling
• Experience managing compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation
• Familiarity with compensation surveys, market data, or pay equity analysis is a plus
