Job Summary

Supporting compensation projects with a focus on M&A integration, the full-time Senior Compensation Contractor will analyze compensation programs, build compensation models, and ensure compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support compensation projects emphasizing merger and acquisition integration, including salary structure alignment and incentive harmonization
• Analyze legacy and acquired company compensation programs and assist in developing harmonized salary and bonus frameworks
• Perform market pricing, job matching, and benchmarking to support planning and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5-8+ years of progressive compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics experience
• Demonstrated experience in supporting compensation projects, particularly M&A integration and salary/bonus harmonization
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS and compensation systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
