Job Summary

Supporting the integrity and operational effectiveness of compensation systems, the remote Senior Compensation Systems and Data Analyst will manage data governance, reporting, and analytical insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Administers and maintains compensation-related systems, workflows, and processes
  • Performs audits and validations of compensation, job, and employee data across multiple systems
  • Develops and refreshes recurring compensation reports, dashboards, and data models
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, HR systems, or data analysis
  • Prior experience supporting compensation programs and market pricing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with analytical tools preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems
