Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and maintenance of a governance framework for variable compensation programs
• Translate compensation design decisions into structured deliverables and ensure alignment with operational execution
• Act as a key contact for audit and compliance activities, ensuring programs remain audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience
• Meaningful exposure to incentive plan governance and program management
• Experience in business process documentation and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with governance risk and compliance standards
