Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and maintenance of a governance framework for variable compensation programs
- Translate compensation design decisions into structured deliverables and ensure alignment with operational execution
- Act as a key contact for audit and compliance activities, ensuring programs remain audit-ready
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Meaningful exposure to incentive plan governance and program management
- Experience in business process documentation and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with governance risk and compliance standards
