Job Summary
To support a high-performance culture, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will design and implement competitive compensation programs, manage global pay structures, and partner with leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
- Design and maintain scalable salary structures and total rewards frameworks that support organizational performance
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to track trends and inform compensation decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation
- Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
- Proven ability to scale compensation programs for a global workforce of 1,000+ employees
- Familiarity with Workday Compensation preferred
- Strong analytical skills to predict future headcount costs and reward risks
