Job Summary

To support a high-performance culture, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will design and implement competitive compensation programs, manage global pay structures, and partner with leadership to align compensation strategies with business goals in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of global compensation strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Design and maintain scalable salary structures and total rewards frameworks that support organizational performance
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to track trends and inform compensation decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards/Compensation
  • Experience in a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
  • Proven ability to scale compensation programs for a global workforce of 1,000+ employees
  • Familiarity with Workday Compensation preferred
  • Strong analytical skills to predict future headcount costs and reward risks
