Key Responsibilities

  • Advise People Business Partners and managers on compensation philosophy and practices
  • Conduct annual compensation reviews and lead annual compensation and promotion cycles
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of compensation management experience
  • Experience in high-growth tech or health tech environments
  • Deep knowledge of US compensation laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Excel and compensation-related software
  • CCP or other compensation certification preferred
