Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain job architecture framework and pay grades for all job classifications
- Oversee the administration and compliance of compensation programs and ensure alignment with business needs
- Create communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs and facilitate incentive plan processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and HR operations
- 3+ years of experience leading a compensation team in a dynamic organization
- Substantial knowledge of compensation design and administration
- Experience with Workday Core HR and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
