Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain job architecture framework and pay grades for all job classifications
  • Oversee the administration and compliance of compensation programs and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Create communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards programs and facilitate incentive plan processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in compensation and HR operations
  • 3+ years of experience leading a compensation team in a dynamic organization
  • Substantial knowledge of compensation design and administration
  • Experience with Workday Core HR and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
