Evaluate and ensure compliance and competitiveness of compensation programs
Implement and manage global compensation plans, including incentive and equity plans
Conduct analysis of compensation data and present findings to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 7+ years of experience in compensation program design and administration
2+ years of people leadership experience
Demonstrated experience in global compensation practices
Compensation (CCP) or Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) certification preferred
