Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Manager to serve as a senior individual contributor and trusted expert on their People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for compensation, leading the development of compensation principles, structures, and programs
- Design and maintain global compensation bands, ensuring competitive and equitable cash and equity programs
- Own the planning and execution of company-wide merit and promotion cycles, including modeling for salary planning and retention risk analysis
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
- Deep expertise in job architecture, market pricing, pay equity analysis, and program design
- Strong analytical foundation with experience in building complex models
- Proven ability to influence across functions and operate independently on high-impact initiatives
- High judgment, discretion, and a strong sense of fairness
