Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor on compensation strategy and pay decisions
- Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and manage relationships with external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related discipline; CCP or similar certification preferred
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis and modeling
- Experience with HR information systems and compensation tools
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. multi-state compensation compliance
