Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary and incentive plans

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in compensation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related discipline; CCP or similar certification preferred
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis and modeling
  • Experience with HR information systems and compensation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. multi-state compensation compliance
