Job Summary
Owning and improving the end-to-end compensation cycle, the full-time Senior Compensation & Analytics Manager will report directly to the Chief People Officer, focusing on building scalable compensation frameworks and generating workforce insights in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full compensation cycle, including modeling increases and promotions, budget tracking, and off-cycle adjustments
- Consolidate and structure People data from various systems to create reliable datasets for analytics
- Design and deliver advanced People Analytics insights for executive audiences and the Board of Directors
Required qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or People Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
- Direct experience managing at least one full compensation cycle
- Strong understanding of benchmarking, salary band creation, and compensation modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data analysis
- Experience working across HRIS, ATS, and Finance systems to structure fragmented data
