Job Summary

As a key individual contributor in the global Total Rewards Team, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will design, implement, and manage compensation programs remotely, serving as a trusted advisor on executive pay and broad-based compensation strategies while leading complex projects that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of core compensation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and pay-for-performance principles
  • Support the Compensation Committee by preparing materials and analyses related to executive and broad-based compensation programs
  • Analyze market trends and maintain salary structures, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and managing compensation review cycles
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Hands-on expertise in executive compensation and familiarity with compensation governance and public disclosure standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with market pricing and salary benchmarking
  • Knowledge of U.S. compensation-related laws and regulations, with CCP certification preferred
