Job Summary
To support the Total Rewards team, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will manage compensation program design and administration, conduct market analysis, and collaborate with business leaders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage base pay, short-term incentives, and equity programs while ensuring compliance with compensation laws
- Analyze compensation data to identify trends and equity gaps, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compensation training and support compensation-related projects
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global tech company
- Hands-on experience with Radford and/or Mercer salary surveys
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles and program design
- Experience leading pay transparency initiatives and pay equity analyses
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, with Workday experience required
