Job Summary
Managing compensation programs remotely, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will analyze, administer, and develop variable compensation initiatives that align with company objectives for recruitment, retention, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of complex compensation programs that impact enterprise-wide business operations
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to design and enhance compensation and incentive plans that motivate employees and meet business goals
- Conduct job evaluations and maintain job architecture while ensuring pay equity through market analysis and participation in compensation surveys
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
- 5-7 years of experience in base-pay compensation and job evaluation/market analysis
- 5-7 years of experience in designing and administering variable compensation programs
- Proficient in MS Office with expert knowledge in Excel
- Preference for candidates with a professional HR certification such as CCP, PHR, or SPHR
