Job Summary

Designing and managing complex global compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Program Manager will work remotely to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices through advanced market benchmarking, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine global salary structures and compensation programs using market benchmarking and internal equity analysis
  • Manage equity compensation programs, including plan design, administration, and analysis to align with overall compensation strategy
  • Oversee the recurring compensation planning cycle, coordinating timelines, data validation, and executive delivery while serving as a liaison to People Product and Technology teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, rewards, or closely related HR analytics roles
  • Experience conducting market benchmarking and applying survey data to develop salary structures and incentive programs
  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets to generate compensation insights using spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Experience with HRIS or HCM systems, such as Workday, to support compensation processes and maintain data integrity
