Seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Compensation Manager for a full-time role, who will manage compensation solutioning for GTM talent, oversee compensation processes throughout the employee life cycle, and contribute to enterprise-wide compensation programs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage compensation solutioning for GTM talent, focusing on innovative frameworks and solutions
  • Oversee compensation processes through the employee life cycle, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation programs
  • Contribute to building and delivering enterprise-wide compensation programs and frameworks
Required qualifications
  • Extensive experience in compensation expertise, including job architecture and market pricing
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced capabilities in gSheets and Excel; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of tech compensation practices, particularly in new-hire and refresh equity strategies
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor on high-stakes compensation decisions
  • Demonstrated operational capability to connect systems and programs effectively
