Job Summary
Leading the Americas compensation team, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will manage compensation strategy, oversee annual review cycles, and ensure pay equity while serving as a global subject matter expert in compensation data infrastructure and automation, all in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide compensation strategies aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness
- Lead annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles, ensuring alignment to budget and performance principles
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of the compensation review process within Workday, driving continuous improvement and automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
- 10+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards roles, with 3-5 years focused on Workday compensation management
- Deep technical proficiency in Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation modules
- Mastery of advanced data modeling concepts and tools such as Power Query and Power Pivot
- Understanding of US/Americas pay regulations and compliance frameworks
