Job Summary

Leading the transformation of compensation programs, the full-time Senior Compensation Manager will design, implement, and evolve U.S. compensation strategies remotely while managing a team and collaborating with various stakeholders to attract and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic compensation guidance to senior leadership on organizational design, executive compensation, and retention strategies
  • Develop and implement a standardized compensation philosophy, governance framework, and variable pay programs
  • Lead compensation analysis, including market pricing and internal equity reviews, to ensure competitive compensation practices
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of compensation experience, preferably in the professional services industry
  • Experience leading enterprise compensation projects from strategy through implementation
  • Subject matter expertise in compensation strategy, market pricing, and job architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS compensation modules and data visualization tools
