Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end compensation program, the remote Senior Compensation Manager will manage equity and executive compensation, partner with leadership to attract talent, and oversee the annual compensation planning process.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executives to ensure the compensation program drives desired business outcomes and attracts top talent
- Oversee the annual compensation planning process, including merit cycles, promotions, and executive compensation
- Design and maintain role classification and benchmarking to stay competitive with market trends
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation at a software company
- Experience building scalable compensation programs in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in using compensation survey tools, such as Radford
